These terms and conditions govern and regulate the use of the LEIZED (owned by OJAV Ltd, business ID 3171202-7) online store and all orders placed through it. By using our online store, you agree to these terms and commit to abide by them. We reserve the right to modify and update the content of our online store, including changes in prices, product selection, and these terms. In case of significant changes in our terms, we will endeavor to inform our customers in advance on our website. Please note that companies are not entitled to rights under Finnish consumer protection laws.

The online store is primarily targeted at Finnish consumers. However, companies and consumers abroad are, subject to certain restrictions, also able to use it.

Here, we describe what information is collected, used, and shared when you use and make purchases on our online store ("www.leized.com," "the site").

When you use our site, we automatically collect certain types of information from your device. This includes, for example, internet browser, IP address, time zone, and some cookies installed on your device. Additionally, when you browse our site, we collect information about individual pages and products you have viewed, websites or search terms that directed you to our site, and information about your interaction with our site. YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information provided below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, note that we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order through our site) or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests mentioned above. When you place an order through our site, we will maintain your order information in our records unless you ask us to delete this information.

Payment Terms

All prices on our site are in euros. Customers from non-EU countries are exempt from paying Finnish value-added tax but are responsible for any customs, local taxes, and similar costs in their own country. As payment service providers, we use external service providers to ensure that your information does not fall into the wrong hands.

Liabilities

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control. Such force majeure events include unusual natural phenomena, disruptions in transportation, as well as strikes or trade embargoes.

We are also not responsible for disruptions, interruptions, or downtime of the online store.

Customers must report any product defects within a reasonable time from discovering the fault, preferably within one month.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law, excluding its choice of law provisions.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiations fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Finnish courts.

Consumers can also seek advice from the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service (Kuluttajaneuvonta) or contact the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) to obtain a recommendation.
