Delivery & Returns

Delivery We offer delivery for our products throughout Finland to make the customer's trading experience as easy as possible. The delivery of products normally takes about:

• Finland: 2-3 days.
• Rest of Europe 7-10 days. 
• United States 10-14 days.

For pre-order items, the delivery typically takes about 4-6 weeks, but it may be affected by the progress of manufacturing (Note: you get pre-order items at a lower price!)

 

Delivery method: The package will be delivered to the nearest available Posti office or parcel locker. You will receive a notification of the package's arrival via text message, but you can also track the progress of your shipment, for example, through the Oma Posti application.

 

If your delivery is sent to a parcel locker, the arrival notification includes a code with which you can retrieve your package. The shipment will be stored in the locker for seven (7) days.

 

Returns Products in their original condition have a 14-day return policy in accordance with consumer protection laws. If you wish to return products, please contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@leized.com. If the product is defective or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover the return costs and refund the entire sales amount or send the correct product.

 

If you want to return a product within the 14-day reconsideration period, unfortunately, you will have to pay the logistics costs yourself. This right applies only to unopened, unused, and saleable products.
